COP17: Events

The 17th Conference of Parties of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) was held in Durban, South Africa from the 28th of November with negotiations concluding on 11th December 2011. MAPS hosted a number of events during COP17.

Research Lab

A ResearchLab was held in Lima, during the last week of September 2011, to enhance the interaction across between researchers and stakeholders by sharing initial experiences, lessons and thinking on the MAPS process in each country.

Process Lab

Processlab was held in Cape Town in the beginning of July 2011 to support process leads in the design of their individual country processes, as well as prepare facilitators for the challenges implicit in a process of this nature.
